I like a design but want to change the color(s) of the print. Can I do that?

I want a particular design in a product color that’s not listed. Do you offer more colors? 
In many circumstances, we can accommodate additional product color requests. Contact us here or send us an email at hello@lovemoderntimes.com with the product link and requested product color. If your requested color does not exist for our standard products, we can usually find a different brand to use. Pricing may vary. 

I want one of your designs printed on a product that’s not listed (for example, a half-zip, fleece, sweatpant, or tank top). Can you accommodate that? 
Absolutely. Contact us here or send us an email at hello@lovemoderntimes.com with the product link and requested changes. We will send you pricing and a design proof for approval within 2-3 business days.

Can you create a fully custom design for me? 
Yes! Contact us here or send us an email at hello@lovemoderntimes.com with your idea. A design fee and schedule will apply. 

Do you add new designs to the site? 
We’re growing quickly and typically add new designs monthly.

PRODUCTION

I just placed my order. When can I expect it to ship? 
Your products are custom made to order, and require 3-10 business days for processing time, in addition to shipping time. This processing time includes design customizations, print setup, and printing. 

Please consider full processing time while placing your order to ensure you get your item on time - we will do our best to get your products processed and shipped as quickly as possible! Products will be shipped immediately after they are processed for production. Standard shipping rates apply.

What products do you use for printing? 
We have selected products that optimize for both high quality and reasonable prices. These products are long lasting, and can withstand years of wear and washes: 

T-shirt: Bella + Canvas 3001 
Long sleeve shirt: Gildan 2400 
Crewneck: Gildan 18000
Hoodie: Gildan 18500

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges since we custom make each product to your personalized specifications. Please check all the listing details carefully and DOUBLE CHECK your personalization form before ordering.

That said, cancellations are available within 2 HOURS of initial purchase. Any cancellation requests after 2 hours will not be honored, since we send these designs to print right after this 2-hour window. To cancel within 2 hours of order, please contact us here or email hello@lovemoderntimes.com.

If there are any quality concerns, please contact me and we will remedy it ASAP.

Can you accommodate rush shipping? 
At the moment, we are only set up for standard shipping. If you have any rush requests, please reach out here and we can try to accommodate your needs.
