Your products are custom made to order, and require 3-10 business days for processing time, which includes design customizations, print setup, and printing. This processing time does not include shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges since we custom make each product to your personalized specifications. Please check all the listing details carefully and DOUBLE CHECK your personalization forms before ordering. You can also review your personalization inputs at checkout.

Cancellations are available within 2 hours of initial purchase. Any cancellation requests after 2 hours will not be honored, since designs are sent to print right after this 2-hour window. To cancel within 2 hours of an order, please email hello@lovemoderntimes.com or reach out here.

We work with a third party print provider who fulfills and ships your order. Currently, we only offer standard shipping rates through a variety of carriers. Shipping rates depend on the product type (such as sweatshirt or tote), and shipping times will also vary by location and carrier. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will have access to an order tracking page with your up-to-date shipping status.
